SOP uses a range of theater techniques that offer programs to enhance the creativity to various age groups an those of various walk of life

VISION

To entertain, inspire and empower the community to become open to discuss social issues that are not normally discussed in a normal atmosphere, and to seek healing and resolution. As well as develop self-esteem, performing art skills and to foster the love for the arts.

Founder & Executive Director

Sonjay Odds Productions was founded by Sonja Odds AKA Sonjay Odds. The company started as a theatrical dance company in 1999, AKA Yet I Came (Young Empowering Through Inspiring Creative Artist Movement and Education). In 2001 the name was changed to Sonjay Odds Productions and In 2009 the company became a theatrical production company.

Sonja Odds AKA Sonjay was born and raised in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Sonjay started performing when she was a little girl, she is an actress, director, screenwriter, stage playwright, producer, songwriter, dancer, and choreographer.
